Dan Ryan Brooks

Dan, a retired public schools administrator, first noticed pronounced tremors, movement difficulties and balance problems in the summer of 2005.
This song was written in 2009, after he was diagnosed with a degenerative neurological disease. It expresses the loss and the desire to overcome the disabling affects by going on with life, by writing and singing.
