Healing Lines on Motion

This artwork expresses my daily struggle with Parkinson’s, but also my determination to keep moving and creating. The lines symbolize tremor and tension, but also the flow of life that does not stop. Even when the body struggles, the spirit always finds a way forward. Through art, I turn challenge into strength and uncertainty into hope. This piece is a reminder that even when movement changes, will and dignity remain alive.

This work is directly connected to my experience with Parkinson’s disease. The dense, continuous lines reflect inner tension, uncertainty, and the constant effort to control movement and thought. Each curve is the result of concentration and persistence, a small victory over instability.

Today, I see the work as a record of a journey: adaptation, acceptance, and resilience. Although the form appears compressed, there is flow and continuity within it. For me, this symbolizes that even within limitations, creativity remains possible, and a person’s identity is not defined by a diagnosis.
