Haunting Melody

There’s a melody that haunts me,A song that I recall,It’s potency, you will agreeResonates with all.It isn’t that it’s popular,It isn’t that it’s old,It’s the weaving of its magicThat supersedes them all.It speaks to meA symphonyOrchestral manoeuvres in the night; Its light shines through,Brings me to you,Though we are years apart,And yet I feelThe kiss you steal,Before you must depart.
