Haunting Melody
There’s a melody that haunts me,
A song that I recall, It’s potency, you will agree Resonates with all. It isn’t that it’s popular, It isn’t that it’s old, It’s the weaving of its magic That supersedes them all. It speaks to me A symphony Orchestral manoeuvres in the night; Its light shines through, Brings me to you, Though we are years apart, And yet I feel The kiss you steal, Before you must depart.
