Frizzy Me

Michele Keir likes to use mixed media and three dimensions in her creative work. Her self portrait “Frizzy Me” is an example her mixing techniques and materials. First she found a photo of herself which she cropped and digitally abstracted. After a few touch ups with marker, Michele framed the result under glass. The 3rd dimension was added when Michele curled colored wire. This she attached to the frame and glass representing the curls that actually frame her face.
