Listening to music with a specific beat helps her hands to do any repetitive work. And American Idiot by Greenday is a well used track. She says that using bright cheerful colours (in combinations that apparently defy colour theory) to paint happy birds and outlandish emus in a variety of silly situations takes her to her “Happy Place”, where Parkinson’s has to take a back seat.. Although she only starting painting in March 2016, she held her first Exhibition in June 2016 showing a total of 63 paintings.
